BLEDSOE COUNTY RESIDENTS ONLY

PLEASE read before submitting application.
1. PLEASE READ. IF you do not list the COUNTY you live in then your application WILL BE REJECTED. You MUST LIVE IN BLEDSOE COUNTY to be issued a voucher.
2. Only submit an application if you are ready to commit to making an appointment.
3. The amount you will pay varies by the facility, sex, weight of your dog and if we have grants available.
4. Make sure the name on the voucher and facility matches when you take them to the appointment.
5. Your voucher will be emailed to you. Check your email 2-3 days after submitting your application. Also check your spam folder. If you do not receive a voucher - please notify us if you have not received it.
